As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater at Best Buy youll provide shoppers with personalized solutions to meet their needs while driving this role youll lean into your people skills and passion for technology to create unforgettable customer experiences. Well provide ongoing training and self-guided learning so youre always ready to showcase the latest home theater products and services offered by TCL.

This is a seasonal role that is expected to take place from October 2026 through February 2027. Its a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.

What youll do

• Use skills learned from training to engage with customers provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences

• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth

• Generate future opportunities by discovering customers current and long-term tech needs

• Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones

• Maintain specified department merchandising and organization

Basic qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Preferred qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in customer service sales or related fields
