We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Butler, PA area.
\n \nIn this role, you'll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.

\n \nProvide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
\nCollaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
\nUphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
\nSupport the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
\nParticipate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
\nWhat You Bring:
\n \nCompletion of an accredited RN program.
\nActive Pennsylvania RN license.
\nAt least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience (hospice care preferred).
\nA heart for compassionate care and a commitment to patient dignity.
\nReliable transportation and required auto liability insurance.
