Graphic Designer – $16.00 per Hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing digital and print materials, preparing artwork for print production, and reviewing customer files to ensure accuracy and quality. Experience in prepress and flexible packaging film is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design brochures, flyers, business cards, and flexible packaging film.
Review digital files for missing fonts, low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions, and other potential printing issues.
Edit and retouch images and other visual assets as needed.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and layouts.
Prepare final artwork for print production and digital publishing.
Adjust layouts, bleeds, crop marks, trapping, and imposition for printing.
Generate proofs and verify artwork before production.
Collaborate with design and press teams to prevent printing errors.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
CorelDRAW experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual design principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback.
A portfolio showcasing graphic design work is preferred.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
