Previous experience with electronic assembly, soldering, or similar fine-detail work preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection practices Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity No drug screen or background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr
